Keeping Holiday

I'm not sure I would have found this book on my own and feel so blessed to have the opportunity to share about it with you.
The town of Holiday is a magical place for young Dylan. It's rich in beauty, aroma and excitement that he wishes he could wrap into one really excellent souvenir and keep for always. Nothing could beat the joy of Holiday, until Dylan learns that his beloved vacation spot is really nothing more than a Visitor's center for the real Holiday. Given only a temporary pass to the real deal, Dylan and his cousin Clare begin an adventure to seek the founder of this fabulous city so that they can gain permanent access to enter Holiday before their time is up.
Starr Meade writes a wonderful allegory of faith and the search for God through this beautiful and well-written holiday story. Curl up under a blanket and pull your little ones close to read this wonderful story together.
It will be a tradition in my home for years to come.
